FAQ

1. Do you have a satisfaction guarantee?

          Pictures just can't adequately portray the beauty of these pieces, so we feel sure you will love your piece. However, if for some reason you are dissatisfied, contact us within 7 days and we will arrange to have you ship it back to us (you will be responsible for this cost) and we will refund you full purchase price minus shipping.

 

2. Do you guarantee your workmanship?

          We have gone to great lengths and have taken much pride to ensure your piece is ready for wear without issue. The pieces are, however, made with glass. So keep in mind that accidental drops or bangs could result in cracks and/or breaks. Should this happen, we will repair your piece to original condition for a $25 fee plus shipping. If you find your piece to have a workmanship issue, please contact us immediately so we can make a plan for repair.

 

3. Where should my necklace lie when wearing it?

              Because each piece is made of glass, we do not recommend a long necklace. The longer your necklace, the more likely you are to accidentally bang the pendant and crack the glass. We certainly don't want that! So, our recommendation is anywhere between the collarbone and the top of your breast line. Here are a couple of pictures for reference:

        

                 Each necklace's length is noted in the product description. Please measure to see what length you need and if it is different than described, simply add the necklace to your cart and make a note of the length you need in the special instructions box provided. We will happily accommodate!

 

4.  My fingers have trouble using a lobster claw clasp, do you offer anything to make putting my necklace on and off easier?

                We do!  We do still recommend the lobster claw clasp as the best option, however, we understand finger dexterity is not something that is easy for everyone. Should you need it, we do offer a magnetic clasp. You will find a box for special instructions on the cart page after you have added your necklace. Just note in this box if you would like for us to switch the clasp for you. We are happy to accommodate!
